                           If you are upset for any reason, then get "over it" fast,cause life is too short to be

                            missing it....

                            If you have the blues, then put on some good tunes  over wine and snap out of it..

                            If you are angry at yourself for some reason,then go to the gym and use the

                            punching bag and let all your frustrations out...

                            If all fails ,then call your best friend or home and talk it out....
