Dunno about you gals but I'm at that age, where loosing weight is becoming tougher and tougher ....have to really watch what i consume 90% of the time..I allow myself a bit of freedom on weekends!
Anyways..are you on any particular diet that's really working for you? how much have you lost ? I basically have no Carbohydrates all week long, I eat my proteins with greens...I've really gotten into it in the last 3 weeks and do feel better! I hate exercising, but have to get started on that too....
