A few days back, a local newspaper carried an unnamed snippet about Abhishek Bachchan seeing a model. We are giving you the further details. Call it coincidence or whatever else, but just when news about Karisma Kapoor's marriage crumbling is making headlines, we unearthed Abhishek Bachchan's new love interest - Dipannita Sharma! And how did they meet, considering the two have never worked together ever? Well, the usual, common friends! Apparently Abhishek's close pals, Goldie Behl and Sonali Bendre (Behl), introduced the two. It was instant chemistry between Abhishek and Dipannita. The two are going about things in a discreet manner and the relationship is more in the 'testing the waters' stage. Understandably they make sure to keep away from the public as well as the media eye.

Dipannita is a successful model but her Bollywood career leaves a lot to be desired. She was paired with Milind Soman in '16th December' and played Sanjay Suri's love interest in 'My Brother Nikhil'. Considering Sanjay was gay in the film, Dipannita's role was restricted to a few scenes only. She will also be seen in Balaji's next film, 'Koi Aapsa' opposite Aftab Shivdasani. Talking about Milind Soman reminds us that he was Dipannita's boyfriend some time back. Dipannita may not be happening professionally but is said to be a very nice-natured girl whom most industry people are fond of. Kunal and Dipannita, a steady couple, were almost on the brink of getting engaged. They broke up almost a year back and now Abhishek is the special man in her life. Dipannita refused to comment on her link up with Abhishek. "I've nothing to say to this. I've never spoken about my personal life before and wouldn't like to speak about it now."
