To be successful in today's world, along with IQ ( intelligence quotient ), which deals with logical reasoning and analytical mind, EQ ( emotional quotient ) is also equally important.


Who do you think has a higher degree of EQ, man or woman and why?

I think there is a small amount of both men and women who have equal degree of EQ, and yeah, it can be found in both genders.
