RE: Malai Kofta ....what is the best way to make it?

Well...mostly I have been bringing the ready-made dish from a nearby restaurant...and they add methi to the gravy which gives out a extra-ordinary flavor, sort of very tasty and yummy.  But then when i cooked it myself with methi, it didn't turn out anything like it.  So I am wondering, whether it was dry or fresh methi that went into the dish from the restaurant.

It could be either dried or fresh i couldnt tell unless i tatse it but try adding kevra essence or kevra water (few drops if its an essence) to get that restaurant flavour
