1/2 tsp minced hot pepper
Salt to taste
2 minced cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp  minced cilantro

Dash of curry powder (OPTIONAL)

---Peel and cut the mango into bit size cubes

---Add  ALL of the other ingredients

---Toss and leave to marinate  at room temperature for at least 15 minutes

---Then dig in...!!!
