Have cream cheese at room temperature to blend in pudding mix. (Mix cream cheese and pudding mix on low speed with mixer if necessary to make smooth consistency). Add remaining ingredients and mix well by hand. Spray large rectangular pan with PAM; pour in pan and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Optional: Sprinkle additional nuts on top.

This WATERGATE SALAD is a favorite of mines especially in the summer!!!

Crush some ginger biscuits and just enough melted butter for the biscuits to hold a fist shape...spread that out as a pie crust in a serving bowl.....alternatively take Nice biscuits and add ginger powder to recreate ginger biscuit crust with the melted butter.Bake the crust in a hot oven for five minutes.

NOw chop canned pineapple into bits and fold into whipped cream or half cream and half yoghurt.Optional:fold in one or two(depending on the quantity of the filling) stiffly beaten egg whites into the filling.Refrigerate for at least 4 hours for best results.Decorate with some chopped pineapple
